Clean, fresh, and visually refined open-faced toast with creamy avocado, silky smoked salmon, and a topping of vibrant microgreens — a healthy, classic English-style breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • Brown Sliced Bread
  • 2 slices
  • Ripe avocado 1 small
  • Smoked salmon 50 g
  • Lemon juice ½ tsp
  • Salt & pepper, To taste
  • Microgreens 1–2 tsp
  • Optional garnish: capers or finely sliced red onion

Method

  1. Lightly toast the Brown Sliced Bread.
  2. Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread avocado evenly on each toast slice.
  4. Layer smoked salmon on top.
  5. Sprinkle microgreens over the salmon.
  6. Optionally add capers or thinly sliced red onion.
  7. Serve immediately.
