Clean, fresh, and visually refined open-faced toast with creamy avocado, silky smoked salmon, and a topping of vibrant microgreens — a healthy, classic English-style breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- Brown Sliced Bread
- 2 slices
- Ripe avocado 1 small
- Smoked salmon 50 g
- Lemon juice ½ tsp
- Salt & pepper, To taste
- Microgreens 1–2 tsp
- Optional garnish: capers or finely sliced red onion
Method
- Lightly toast the Brown Sliced Bread.
- Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread avocado evenly on each toast slice.
- Layer smoked salmon on top.
- Sprinkle microgreens over the salmon.
- Optionally add capers or thinly sliced red onion.
- Serve immediately.
