A fresh, high-protein open-faced bun featuring thinly sliced cooked turkey breast, creamy cream cheese, cranberry sauce, and rocket leaves — healthy, visually appealing, and perfect for a single-serving snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- MB High-Protein Seeds Bun 1, halved
- ooked turkey breast slices 2–3
- Cream cheese 1 tbsp
- Cranberry sauce 1–2 tsp
- Rocket leaves Few
- Cracked black pepper To taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
- Small pinch
Method
- Lightly toast the High-Protein Seeds Bun halves.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each half.
- Layer the thinly sliced cooked turkey breast neatly on top.
- Add small dollops of cranberry sauce.
