A fresh, high-protein open-faced bun featuring thinly sliced cooked turkey breast, creamy cream cheese, cranberry sauce, and rocket leaves — healthy, visually appealing, and perfect for a single-serving snack or light meal.

Ingredients

  • MB High-Protein Seeds Bun 1, halved
  • ooked turkey breast slices 2–3
  • Cream cheese 1 tbsp
  • Cranberry sauce 1–2 tsp
  • Rocket leaves Few
  • Cracked black pepper To taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
  • Small pinch

Method

  1. Lightly toast the High-Protein Seeds Bun halves.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each half.
