Flaky Cheese & Herb Twists

Soft, buttery brioche filled with a rich blend of four cheeses, garlic, and herbs — perfect for sharing and visually indulgent as pull-apart bites, ideal for parties or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 Brioche buns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 8 tbsp cream cheese
  • 8 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 8 tbsp shredded cheddar (or fontina)
  • 6–8 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 4–5 tsp chopped fresh parsley or thyme
  • 8–10 tsp melted butter
  • garnish: italian herbs, microgreens

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. Make crosswise cuts in each brioche bun to create a grid pattern without cutting all the way through.
  3. Mix all cheeses with garlic, herbs, and a little melted butter.
  4. Stuff the cheese mixture into the cuts of the brioche buns.
  5. Brush remaining melted butter on top.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese melts and brioche is warm and golden.
  7. Garnish with extra herbs or microgreens if desired.
