Flaky Cheese & Herb Twists

Crispy gluten-free toast topped with creamy avocado, a perfectly poached egg, and microgreens — served individually, nutritious, and visually appealing.
Ingredients
- Gluten-Free Sliced Bread
- 1 slice per serving
- Ripe avocado ½ small
- Lemon juice ¼ tsp
- Salt & pepper To taste
- Egg 1
- Microgreens 1 tsp
- Optional garnish: chili flakes, olive oil drizzle | Cherry tomato | 1 halved
Method
- 1Lightly toast Gluten-Free Sliced Bread.
- Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread avocado on toast.
- Poach egg to desired doneness.
- Place poached egg on top.
- Garnish with microgreens, optional cherry tomato half, and a small pinch of chili flakes or light olive oil drizzle.
- Serve immediately.
