Flaky Cheese & Herb Twists

Crispy gluten-free toast topped with creamy avocado, a perfectly poached egg, and microgreens — served individually, nutritious, and visually appealing.

Ingredients

  • Gluten-Free Sliced Bread
  • 1 slice per serving
  • Ripe avocado ½ small
  • Lemon juice ¼ tsp
  • Salt & pepper To taste
  • Egg  1
  • Microgreens 1 tsp
  • Optional garnish: chili flakes, olive oil drizzle | Cherry tomato | 1 halved

Method

  1. 1Lightly toast Gluten-Free Sliced Bread.
  2. Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread avocado on toast.
  4. Poach egg to desired doneness.
  5. Place poached egg on top.
  6. Garnish with microgreens, optional cherry tomato half, and a small pinch of chili flakes or light olive oil drizzle.
  7. Serve immediately.
