Bite-sized Mini Potato Rolls turned into savory pockets filled with delicious chicken or mini sausage options — perfect as party appetizers, kid-friendly snacks, or elegant platter treats.

Ingredients

  • Mini Potato Rolls 6–8
  • Cooked chicken, shredded 150 g
  • Cream cheese 3 tbsp
  • Greek yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives)1 tbsp

    Option 2:
  • Mini sausages, cooked 6–8
  • Light mustard or mayo 1–2 tsp
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional garnish for both options: paprika, microgreens, tiny cheese sprinkle

Method

  1. Make a vertical cut in each mini potato roll to create a small pocket.
  2. Prepare chicken filling: mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, herbs, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Prepare mini sausage filling: drizzle cooked mini sausages lightly with mustard or mayo.
  4. Spoon chicken filling or place mini sausage into each pocket.
  5. Optionally sprinkle with paprika, microgreens, or tiny cheese on top.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
