Flaky Cheese & Herb Twists

Colorful, nutrient-rich layered toast using Boost Protein Sliced Bread, creamy hummus, and fresh rainbow vegetables — a wholesome, visually appealing single-serving snack or light meal.

Ingredients

  • Boost Protein Sliced Bread 2 slices
  • Hummus 2–3 tbsp
  • Red bell pepper ¼, thinly sliced
  • Yellow bell pepper ¼, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber ¼, thinly sliced
  • Carrot 2–3 strips, julienned
  • Beetroot 2–3 strips, julienned
  • Salt & pepper To taste
  • Optional garnish: microgreens, lemon zest, drizzle of olive oil

Method

  1. Lightly toast Boost Protein Sliced Bread.
  2. Spread hummus evenly on each slice.
  3. Layer rainbow vegetables in thin strips on top of hummus.
  4. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Optionally garnish with microgreens, a sprinkle of lemon zest, or a light drizzle of olive oil.
