Flaky Cheese & Herb Twists

Kids’ favorite mini burgers: thick chicken or beef patties in soft potato hinge buns, layered with cheese, lettuce, and fun sauces, topped with a cherry tomato on a stick — playful, protein-packed, and visually appealing.

Ingredients

  • 4 Buns
  • Chicken or Beef Mince 500 g
  • Salt 1 tsp | Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp, Cheese Slices 4
  • Lettuce Leaves 4
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Garlic Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Cherry Tomatoes 4
  • Wooden Party fun Sticks 4

Method

  1. Shape mince into 4 thick patties; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Pan-fry or grill patties until fully cooked.
  3. Lightly warm the buns.
  4. Spread ketchup and garlic mayo on the inside of each bun.
  5. Place lettuce leaf, add cooked patty, top with cheese slice.
  6. Close bun and insert a wooden party stick.
  7. Skewer a cherry tomato on top.
  8. Serve warm.
