Flaky Cheese & Herb Twists

Crisp, protein-packed chicken combined with chopped fresh salad, creamy Greek yogurt, and layered on chia sliced bread with cheese and lettuce — a fresh, modern take on the classic club sandwich.

Ingredients

  • Chia Flat Bread 1–2 pieces
  • Feta Cheese 50–70g, crumbled
  • Kalamata Olives 6–8 halves
  • Cherry Tomatoes 4–6, halved
  • Red Onion 2–3 thin slices
  • Fresh herbs (oregano, basil, parsley)
  • 1–2 tsp chopped
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Salt & pepper To taste

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. Place chia flatbread on a baking tray.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled feta evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Add halved olives, cherry tomatoes, and thin red onion slices.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped fresh herbs.
  6. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
  8. Serve immediately.
