Hearty and flavorful pulled beef piled into soft Hoagie Rolls, topped with crisp greens, pickles, and optional caramelized onions for added sweetness and depth — a gourmet sandwich that’s visually appealing and satisfying.
Ingredients
- Hoagie Rolls 4
- Pulled beef (pre-cooked or slow-cooked) 400 g
- Lettuce or mixed greens, 4 leaves
- Pickles, 4 slices
- Caramelized onions (optional), ½ cup
- BBQ or aioli sauce, 4 tbsp
Optional garnish: microgreens or fresh herbs
Method
- 1Warm Hoagie Rolls lightly.
- Heat pulled beef until warm and tender.
- Spread BBQ or aioli sauce on the inside of each roll.
- Layer with lettuce, pulled beef, pickles, and optional caramelized onions.
- Close the roll and optionally garnish with microgreens or fresh herbs.
- Serve immediately.
