Hearty and flavorful pulled beef piled into soft Hoagie Rolls, topped with crisp greens, pickles, and optional caramelized onions for added sweetness and depth — a gourmet sandwich that’s visually appealing and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Hoagie Rolls 4
  • Pulled beef (pre-cooked or slow-cooked) 400 g
  • Lettuce or mixed greens, 4 leaves
  • Pickles, 4 slices
  • Caramelized onions (optional), ½ cup
  • BBQ or aioli sauce, 4 tbsp

    Optional garnish: microgreens or fresh herbs

Method

  1. 1Warm Hoagie Rolls lightly.
  2. Heat pulled beef until warm and tender.
  3. Spread BBQ or aioli sauce on the inside of each roll.
  4. Layer with lettuce, pulled beef, pickles, and optional caramelized onions.
  5. Close the roll and optionally garnish with microgreens or fresh herbs.
  6. Serve immediately.
