Juicy beef patty, perfectly cooked sunny-side-up egg, and caramelized onions served in a soft 4" potato bun — an indulgent meal that’s rich, hearty, and Instagram-worthy.

Ingredients

  • 2–4 potato buns (4")
  • 2–4 small beef patties (approx. 100g each)
  • 2–4 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, caramelized
  • 2 tbsp aioli or truffle mayo
  • Fresh arugula or mixed salad leaves
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: microgreens, light drizzle of balsamic reduction, or side of roasted fries

Method

  1. Caramelize the onion over medium heat until golden and sweet.
  2. Cook beef patties to desired doneness; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry eggs sunny side up.
  4. Slice buns horizontally and lightly toast.
  5. Spread aioli on bottom halves.
  6. Layer beef patty, sunny-side-up egg, caramelized onions, and arugula.
  7. Top with bun and garnish with microgreens or drizzle balsamic reduction. Serve with roasted fries if desired.
