Flaky Cheese & Herb Twists

Juicy beef patty, perfectly cooked sunny-side-up egg, and caramelized onions served in a soft 4" potato bun — an indulgent meal that’s rich, hearty, and Instagram-worthy.
Ingredients
- 2–4 potato buns (4")
- 2–4 small beef patties (approx. 100g each)
- 2–4 eggs
- 1 medium onion, caramelized
- 2 tbsp aioli or truffle mayo
- Fresh arugula or mixed salad leaves
- Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: microgreens, light drizzle of balsamic reduction, or side of roasted fries
Method
- Caramelize the onion over medium heat until golden and sweet.
- Cook beef patties to desired doneness; season with salt and pepper.
- Fry eggs sunny side up.
- Slice buns horizontally and lightly toast.
- Spread aioli on bottom halves.
- Layer beef patty, sunny-side-up egg, caramelized onions, and arugula.
- Top with bun and garnish with microgreens or drizzle balsamic reduction. Serve with roasted fries if desired.
