Terms & Conditions
1. Upon receiving delivery we encourage random checks on the consignment to check that the product's quality is as per agreed specifications and your requirements.
2. In case you discover any variations in the products’ quality or specifications -
Do not use the products.
- Kindly send us photographs and physical samples of the products with your analysis defining quality variation found.
- Our QA Department shall inspect samples and check for highlighted problems.
- And upon the verification of genuineness of complaint, we will arrange to pick the rejected products and replace all outers, cartons, or even the whole consignment from your facilities to our factory at our cost.
3. The timeline of quality variance complained as per Modern Bakery Policy is 3 days from the delivery date. But we insist on action as earlier as possible to avoid stock shortage-related issues.
Product Quantity disclaimer –
1. For damage and shortages, Customers are requested to check the goods at the time of delivery. Claims related to this will not be accepted once products have been delivered.
Food safety disclaimer –
1. Products mentioned in the invoice are produced by Modern Bakery LLC and made in United Arab Emirates. Food Safety System Certification (FSSC), ISO 22000, ISO14000 HACCP, and BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
